Prince Era Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Prince Era. If you are not entirely satisfied, we have outlined our policy to make returns and exchanges as clear as possible.

Return Eligibility Window

We operate with two distinct return periods based on the reason for the return:

7-Day Window (Mandatory): If the item you receive is damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong size/colour shipped), you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. You will be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

3-Day Window (Strict): For returns based on a change of mind or issues with size/fit (where the correct item was shipped), you must initiate the return within a strict 3-day window from the delivery date. These returns are eligible for an Exchange or Store Credit only.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for any return or exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • Original Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Tags: All original tags and labels must be attached and intact.
  • Packaging: Items must be returned in the original or comparable protective packaging.
  • Rejection: Items smelling of perfume, smoke, or showing any signs of wear, damage, or alteration will be rejected and sent back to the customer at their expense.

Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

The following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason (unless defective):

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Our Error: If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged/defective/incorrect item), Prince Era will cover all return shipping costs and provide a pre-paid shipping label.
  • Customer Request: For returns due to change of mind or size/fit issues (3-day window), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Request: Email our support team at [Your Support Email Address] within the eligible time window (3 or 7 days) with your Order Number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the specific reason.
  2. Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
  3. Ship Back: Clearly write the RA number on the exterior of your package and ship the item(s) to the provided address promptly.

Refunds and Processing

  • Refunds (7-Day Returns only): Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Exchanges/Store Credit (3-Day Returns): For approved returns within the 3-day window, we will process the exchange or issue an electronic store credit once the item is inspected.
